Information package for vendors

We will mail, upon request, our information package for vendors which will provide you with an inside into our activities and the importance of our auctions.

Consultation / Valuation

Contact us to get a free consultation without obligation on your part, either in your home or in our office. We estimate the actual market value of your collection and submit an offer free of charge.

Takeover / Insurance / Transportation

If you accept our offer, we will take over your collection and deal with all the formalities including packaging, insurance, transportation, customs, etc. We will provide you with a receipt and appropriate inventory list as well as a confirmation of insurance coverage. Upon request we guarantee the sale of your entire stamp collection.

Advance payment

If you wish we will make an advance payment at the time of takeover of the items. This will put a large part of the value of your collection at your disposal immediately.

Auction Preparations

It is our aim to sell your stamps at the highest possible prices at the international stamp market. Our experts will divide up your collection into suitable auction lots and prepare them with great care for the auction. If necessary, stamps prone to forgery will be examined and certified by external experts. As soon as your lots are prepared for auction, you will receive for your perusal a note of receipt (lot description, starting prices, etc.).

Auction Catalogue

We will send you our auction catalogue along with a list of the lot numbers as shown in the auction catalogue, four weeks prior to the start of the auction.

Auction

Maybe you are interested to attend the auction personally. You can find the day of the auction, during which your lots will be auctioned off, printed in our auction catalogue.

Result List

You will find the results shortly after the auction on our homepage. As vendor you will also receive a printed result list.

Payment of auction proceeds

You will receive payment of your auction proceeds on time 5 – 6 weeks after the auction and you may choose the method in which you wish to receive payment (transfer, cheque, cash). We guarantee absolute discretion.

Auction Expenses

We will calculate the commission as a percentage of the end price.
It is determined based on the type, value and volume of your lot. We will be happy to provide you with a firm offer.
